Some of my favorite dining experiences, adventure activities, and coastal views can be found in the towns of Carmel-By-The-Sea and Monterey. Back in May, my mom and I drove about 2.5 hours from the heart of San Francisco down the coast for a girls trip— which we both agreed to be one of our favorite trips we’ve done together!
There isn’t a person I wouldn’t recommend Carmel to, whether it be a romantic couples vacation, girls trip, family outing, or even for a work off-site. There is something for everyone here and I’m so excited to share my favorite findings (and photos)!
Things To Do - Carmel:
Carmel Beach - stunning white-sand beach a short walk from the heart of town.
Carmel Wine Walk - walkable wine tasting journey through different tasting rooms in the town.
Carmel Mission Basilica Museum - feels like you’re in Europe! Lovely stop to pop into or even to host a wedding!
Sunset Theater - pop into a play at Forest Theater aka the oldest outdoor theater in the western United States! Each season brings a new play to enjoy so look up their schedule online to see if one is in production during your visit!
